1,187 Palestinian prisoners begin hunger strike

1,187 Palestinian security prisoners held in Israeli prisons are currently on a hunger strike according to the Israel Prison Service.
The prisoners, most of them members of Fatah and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, announced the strike on Friday.
