Palestinian National Authority will stop paying for Hamas-controlled Gaza's electricity
The Palestinian National Authority announced today that it will stop paying for the electricity that Israel supplies for the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip effective immediately.
This decision was made by President of the Palestinian National Authority Mahmoud Abbas as part of his efforts to fight the terrorist group. It was relayed to the Israeli government through the Israeli Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories Maj. Gen. Yoav Mordechai.
