A Lebanese citizen who was arrested Thursday in Kiryat Shmona had apparently entered the country in the area of Moshav Margaliot, near the border.
He was caught unarmed.
The incident is being investigated.
The citizen was arrested Thursday at the central bus station in Kiryat Shmona, after reports of a suspicious looking man were received.
