The Israeli Army arrested four suspects from the area around the West Bank Palestinian city of Tulkarm, on suspicion of opening fire and throwing a pipe bomb next to the Te'enim Crossing in Samaria
The IDF further found self-made weapons at one of the arrested suspects.
