Due to the evening appearance of pop singer Justin Bieber, blockades are expected in the area of Ganei Yehoshua park in Tel Aviv. The police said that during the event, between 4:00pm and 9:00pm, the left turn from Rokach Boulevard, west of Isaac Ramba Street to the railway station will be blocked. The right turn from Rokach Boulevard to the east of the train station will also be blocked. At Ayalon North, the entrances to Rokach and exhibition center will be blocked according to traffic jams. Loads are expected in Raoul Wallenberg, Pinchas Rosen, Bnei Ephraim and Namir Road. The entrances to the Ganei Yehoshua parking lot will be closed at 7:00pm.
