Police announced that Justin Bieber will be at Ganei Yehoshua Park Wednesday evening and drivers are asked not to drive through Rokach, Sheetrit and Raul Wallenberg streets.
Drivers are asked to choose alternate routes and follow instructions of law enforcement.
