Putin and Netanyahu hold phone discussion

The Kremlin said Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had spoken by telephone.
The two discussed the issue of construction in the settlements and the crisis in Syria.
Netanyahu's office confirmed the two leaders were talking.
