The Kremlin said Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had a telephone conversation. The two discussed settlement construction and the crisis in Syria. Netanyahu's office said that he congratulated Putin on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the victory over the Nazis. Netanyahu presented Israel's opposition to Iranian presence and establishment in Syria.
