Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu welcomed the postponement of the Palestinian proposal to suspend Israel from the International Football Association (FIFA) due to the activities of six groups in the West Bank: "We foiled an attempt to undermine Israel's standing in FIFA. We have triumphed in another battle over our international standing and we will continue to strengthen it."
