Parents protest, shut down schools in protest of Bennett's Lag B'Omer vacation postponement

Dozens of parents are currently demonstrating in front of the home of Education Minister Naftali Bennett in protest of his decision to postpone the Lag B'Omer vacation without consulting teachers, parents or practically anyone who might object to it.
Bennett's decision created some major difficulties in transportation after he decided to allocate buses for the Hilula in Mount Meron.
In addition, parents of children affected by this decision decided to shut down three schools in Even Yehuda on Sunday, both in protest and to avoid the transportation problems Bennett's decision caused.
