Saudi Arabia published the "Riyadh Declaration"—the closing statement of the American-Arab-Islamic summit, during which US President Donald Trump gave a speech. At the summit, it was decided to establish a strategic alliance of Middle Eastern countries, which should be established by 2018. In addition, it was stated that several countries that are members of the Islamic-Military Coalition for Combating Terrorism will provide 34,000 soldiers as a reserve force for fighting in Syria and Iraq. The leaders also condemned Iran's hostile positions and stressed the severity of its ballistic missile program.
