The Security Cabinet approved the establishment of a committee for a period of three years to promote the regulation of structures and outposts in the West Bank. The team will include officials from the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Defense and the Civil Administration.
It was decided that within 21 days a proposal would be submitted to the government to define the roles of the team, its composition and the manner of determining the work plan. The team will report to the prime minister and the Ministry of Defense every 3 months.
Earlier Sunday, the cabinet approved a concessions package for Palestinians, at the request of US President Trump to present confidence-building measures before his arrival in Israel tomorrow.
