Histadrut candidate Shelly Yachimovich responded to Avi Nissenkorn's victory in the elections and said he won through a systemic operation of cheating and fraudulent voting intent on securing Nissenkorn's victory.
Yachimovich said that she would submit a petition to cancel the elections and said, "Unfortunately, I cannot participate in the honorable ceremony of congratulating the victor, because the election was systematically stolen."
