Legal procedures against the Israeli jailed for alleged murder in a Muslim state have been frozen, as the court ordered to reopen the case.
The Israeli traveled about two years ago to a country which Israel has no diplomatic relations with to fight ISIS. He was imprisoned after shooting a cab driver in self defense.
