Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said a conference by the Centers for Young Adults in Israel organization in the Golan Heights that "the Golan Heights will forever remain under Israeli sovereignty," adding that "if we are not here, radical Islam will be here, and we all understand the implications of that."
