Police arrest suspect in Mea Shearim assault of IDF soldier

Following an investigation into Friday's assault of a uniformed IDF soldier in the ultra-Orthodox enclave of Mea Shearim in Jerusalm, police arrested an additional suspect who took part in the attack.

When police forces arrived at the home of the suspect Sunday morning, he attempted to flee and after a brief struggle, was arrested.

Protestors threw rocks, burned trash cans and tried to block police during the arrest.
