Judge Salim Joubran was appointed Monday the deputy to the Supreme Court chief justice, a position he will hold until his retirement in August.
Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked said, "Judge Joubran is a judge of the first order and a trailblazer. His appointment as the deputy Supreme Court chief will bring a lot of respect to Israel."
