Egypt reportedly signaled to Hamas it was willing to provide the Gaza Strip with relief measures in return for increased security cooperation, according to Arab media.
According to the reports, Egyptian intelligence officials told a Hamas delegation visiting Cairo they were willing to open the Rafah border crossing connecting Sinai and Gaza more often and provide electricity to the strip if the terror group halts of arms smuggling to Sinai and turns over wanted suspects.
