Champs-Elysees assailant swore allegiance to ISIS

The 31-year-old assailant, who died Monday in a failed attack in Champs-Elysees, Paris, left a letter in which he pledged allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the head of the Islamic State, a source close to the investigation said on Tuesday.
