The Hadassah crisis: mediation extended until tomorrow evening
None
The High Court of Justice extended until 19:00 local time the mediation between the various parties in the crisis surrounding the Hemato-Oncology Department at Hadassah Ein Karem.
This was after the doctors rejected the compromise proposal, according to which the department would be re-established at Hadassah Mount Scopus and would be directly subordinate to the Health Ministry.
The mediator, Supreme Court Justice Elyakim Rubinstein, will update the judges on the results of the mediation tomorrow evening.
The judges also informed the parties that they must prepare for the possibility of holding an additional hearing on the petition on Tuesday morning.
