Palestinian injured during Palestinian rioters' face-off with IDF soldiers

Violent riots erupted Sunday in near the Palestinian village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah. The riot was comprised of some 50 Palestinians who threw stones at IDF soldiers. In response, IDF forces used riot dispersal measures.

IDF soldiers took one of the suspected stone throwers into custody.

As part of their dispersal, the IDF fired live anmmunition at the lower body of one of the suspected stone throwers, who was injured during the exchange. Palestinians evacuated the man, whose injuries were stated to be moderate.
