Israeli charged with raping 15-year-old girl he employed to sell flags on Independence Day

Meir Menachem, 22, from Moshav Ora, was charged Sunday with raping a 15-year-old teenage girl and committing indecent acts.
According to the indictment, he employed the girl a year ago to sell flags ahead of Independence Day. One day, he allegedly approached her and tried to kiss her against her will.
In another instance, he invited her to his apartment, claiming he would pay her for her work, where he raped her and committed incident acts.
