Families of Israeli Arab terrorists ask High Court to order release of their bodies

Adalah, the Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel, petitioned the High Court of Justice on Thursday on behalf of the families of the three Israeli Arabs who carried out Friday's deadly attack on the Temple Mount, asking to release the bodies of the terrorists to their families.
"There is no legal order that allows the Israel Police to retain bodies. It is the right of every individual to be buried in a quick, respectable, and appropriate manner," said Adalah attorney Mohammad Bassam.
