Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at a press conference in Istanbul that "the Muslim world cannot remain silent about the violence at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem," this according to Turkish newspaper Daily Sabah.
Erdogan then called on Israeli security forces to refrain from using violence.
