Knesset's Ethics Committee chastises MK Oren Hazan for offensive remarks
The Knesset's Ethics Committee chastised MK Oren Hazan (Likud) for his insulting remarks against other MKs.
The committee said the reprimand was referring to Hazan's remarks against MK Aida Touma-Suleiman (Joint List), MK Stav Shaffir (Zionist Union), and his tweet against former MK Basel Ghattas (Joint List) before he began serving his prison sentence.
The committee determined that Hazan harmed the Knesset's honor and if he continues to make similar statements, the measures against him will worsen.
