High Court orders state to return bodies of Temple Mount terrorists to families for burial
The High Court of Justice ordered Tuesday to return the bodies of the three Israeli Arab terrorists who carried out the attack on the Temple Mount to their families for burial.
The High Court ordered police to give the families a two-hour notice before returning the bodies, and do so in the next 30 hours.
The funerals will be held at the Farouk Mosque in Umm al-Fahm, where the three terrorists are from.
The court allowed the Israel Police to set conditions and instructions for the funerals to ensure public order and prevent clashes and violet rioting.
