Palestinian suspected of attacking settler in West Bank, escaping

A resident of the Samaria region of the West Bank reported to the police he was accosted by a Palestinian while stopping his vehicle at the Yakir Gadol junction on the outskirts of route 505 on Tuesday.
The settler said he tried fighting his assailant off but the suspect got into the car and began driving wildly towards one of the nearby villages.
The car's driver sustained minor injuries and was treated onsite. Army and police forces deployed in the area began collecting evidence and searching for both the vehicle and the suspect.
