Turkish foreign minister on metal detectors' removal: 'A move towards common sense'

Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said Tuesday the Israeli decision to remove metal detectors from the entrances to the Temple Mount was "a step towards common sense."
Çavuşoğlu added, "Our hope is for Israel to develop an approach taking into account Muslims' sensitivity regarding Jerusalem and Haram A-Sharif (the Al-Aqsa mosque)."
