The Shin Bet, in collaboration with the IDF and police, has recently uncovered a method of moving funds between Hamas command in Turkey and its Hebron headquarters using couriers.
An investigation has uncovered some $200,000 that were moved to the Hebron headquarters before the network was discovered.
