None

Ari Harow, once Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's chief of staff and currently in negotiations with the police over possibly becoming a state witness, is finding it diffucult to come to an agreement over the terms of said deal.

In the past, police referred to Harow as the Netanyahu family's "minister of finance," believing he possess information pertaining to the Netanyahu couple's expenses during their overseas trips. Israeli television channels have also reported that Harow may be able to shed light on the submarine affair, with police investigators questioning him whether foreign businessmen funded any of the Netanyahu family's expenses and if so, who they were. Investigators stated that Harow was also seemingly has information on certain "gifts" the Netanyahus have received, such as cigars and drinks.

The prosecution and police are reportedly demanding that Harow serve a short prison sentence, with the addition of a fine, while Harow is resisting these terms. The issue constitutes the main dispute between the parties, and for the time being is delaying the signing of the agreement. However, it is possible that law enforcement representatives will ultimately be satisfied with Harow being given a suspended sentence or performing community service.
