2 IDF soldiers arrested near Herzliya marina with smoke grenades

Two IDF soldiers were arrested early Saturday after they were caught in an open area near the Herzliya marina with smoke grenades in their possession.
The two were taken for questioning by the IDF's Criminal Investigations Division (CID) and confessed to stealing the grenades from the unit of one of the soldiers.
