Yesha Council Chairman Avi Roe announced Sunday that he is stepping down.
Roe, who has been in the position since 2013, gave no official reason for his resignation.
It should be noted that the position of head of the Yesha Council is not limited in time.
Following the announcement, elections will be held to determine the successor of Roe, who will continue to serve as head of the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council.
