An IDF soldier fired into the air after he was afraid of being caught in a terror attack on King George Street in Jerusalem.
The police said it was a traffic accident between two taxis that stemmed from a conflict between families.
The police arrested the two drivers and a passenger who was with them in a taxi, and the soldier was brought to the police station to examine the circumstances of the shooting.
