Former deputy minister Faina Kirschenbaum indicted

The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against former deputy interior minister and member of the Yisrael Beiteinu party, Faina Kirschenbaum, for bribery, breach of trust, money laundering and tax offenses.

 

In addition, indictments were filed against nine other defendants in the affair, among them David Godovsky, Yisrael Beiteinu's chief of staff, Rami Cohen, former Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Effy Peles, treasurer of the former Binyamin Regional Council and Matan Dahan, chairman of the Ayalim movement.
