Elor Azaria's appeal to delay prison entry denied, will be jailed Wednesday

The military court at the Kirya in Tel Aviv rejected Elor Azaria's request to delay the start of his sentence until the IDF chief of staff's makes his decision on whether to ease his sentence.
As a result, Azaria will begin his sentence on Wednesday, serving 18 months in jail for his conviction in killing an incapacitated terrorist, Abdel Fatah al-Sharif, in Hebron in March 2016.
