Arrest made on French motorway of suspect behind earlier Paris attack

BFM TV reported that elite police officers have arrested a man on a motorway in northern France.

The TV station said the suspect was shot during the arrest.

It was later revealed that the man was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the Paris attack, in which six soldiers were run over in a suspected terror attack.

Police report that an officer was wounded by a stray bullet during the shootout.
