Rehovot train station temporarily shut down over suspicious object
A suspicious object was found at the train station in Rehovot.
The police were hailed to secure the area while a bomb squad investigates the object.
The area was evacuated from civilians, and the train station was temporarily closed.
Passengers travelling from the direction of Tel Aviv to Ashkelon and Ashdod can use the western line of the train.
Meanwhile, Israel Railways has ordered buses to serve passengers to Ashdod, Rehovot, Lod and Yavneh stations.
