Rahat resident charged after posting about intention to carry out attack
The State Attorney has indicted Rahat resident Sami Alhuzayl, 36, with threatening a terror attack and threatening murder in writing following a Facebook post he made expressing his desire to become a "martyr" and carry out such an attack.
The indictment says Alhuzayl published the post last month, writing "I'll do anything to make people talk about me as a dead hero or wartime leader who has upheld the honor of his land and Islam."
In a text sent to his cousin, Alhuzayl clarified the post was referring "killing Jews."
