State responds to High Court in defense of Regulation Law
The State of Israel responded to the High Court of Justice on the matter of the petition against the Regulation Law, which legalizes illegally built outposts in West Bank, noting that the law met the criteria of Israeli and international law and that it would grant unprecedented payments to the proven owners of the land.
The law also provides a humane, proportionate and reasonable response to Israeli residents who have built their home with government support over the years.
