State prepares to evacuate House of the Patriarchs next week

Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit ruled that the settlers who invaded the House of the Patriarchs in Hebron would have to evacuate it. The state informed this to the High Court of Justice.
The legal advisor further ruled that an Israeli company claiming rights to part of the building could request temporary relief from the Land Rights Registration Committee, which would enable it to obtain a lease on it.
Mandelblit approved an additional week at the request of the defense establishment to try to reach a "peaceful evacuation of the building" and if that fails, "the security forces will prepare for the evacuation at the scheduled time."
