Man arrested, charged with raping soldier in Be'er Sheva club

The Southern District Attorney's Office indicted Samir Abu Guda, a 22-year-old from the Negev, with rape and attempted sodomy of a soldier at Be'er Sheva's Forum club where he works.
According to the indictment, he contacted the soldier—who came in to the club to party—and told her he found the IDF ID card she had lost. He then dragged her to the bathrooms and allegedly attacked her. He was also charged with obstruction of justice.
