About 15 disabled protesters blocked Tuesday morning a square at the entrance to Caesarea, where Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lives.
"Caesar's home is besieged. We're here to send a message to the public," protesters said using a megaphone. "Netanyahu said on Sunday that he will give us benefits after the holidays. We don't want benefits, we want to live in dignity."
