Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit announced Friday morning his intention to indict the prime minister's wife Sara Netanyahu on the "meal ordering affair", pending a hearing, on fraudulently obtaining benefits with aggravating circumstances, fraud and breach of trust.
Mandelblit determined Mrs. Netanyahu acted to create a false pretense purporting no cook was employed in the prime minister's residence, despite the fact cooks were actually employed there, in order to receive public funds for hiring more cooks, order readymade meals and have chefs cook at the residence.
