High Court annuls interior minister's decision to revoke residency of 4 east J'lem residents

In an expanded nine-judge panel, the High Court decided Wednesday the decision made by Minister of the Interior Aryeh Deri to revoke the residency of four east Jerusalem residents who are also members of the Palestinian parliament representing a party affiliated with Hamas.
The four—and the Adalah rights organization—petitioned the High Court and requested it annul this decision.
