Justice Minister criticizes Supreme Court President over settlement ceremony decision

Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked criticized Supreme Court President Miriam Naor over her decision to prevent Supreme Court representatives from participating in a ceremony marking the anniversary of the settlement of Judea and Samaria.
In a letter sent by Shaked to Naor, it was stated that Naor's decision "violated the nationality of an official ceremony decided upon by the government, and created a false impression of an event of a political nature. This may play into the hands of those who wish to portray the court as authority involved on the political level."
