HCJ approves class action suit against gas companies' monopoly

The High Court of Justice rejected the appeal of the gas companies and approved a class action suit against them, claiming that the price at which they sell natural gas to Israel Electric Corporation (IEC) is monopolistic.
The court allowed the claim to be heard as a class action, but there is no guarantee that the claim will be accepted.
