Salamsa family's appeal against decision to not indict cops rejected

Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit rejected the appeal made by the family of Yosef Salamsa against the decision made by the police's internal affairs department not to indict the cops who arrested Salamsa.
The young Ethiopian's family claimed their son suffered abuse during a March 2014 investigation. Salamsa was found dead four months later and his family pointed at said abuse as cause for his death.
The department for internal affairs closed the case against the arresting officers 18 months ago.
