A military inquiry uncovered the Halamish terrorist attack that claimed the lives of the Solomon family was the result of a series of errors in the conduct of forces in the field.
As a result of the inquiry, a company commander from the Netzah Yehuda battalion tasked with defending the settlement received a command reprimand, whereas the territorial defense officer in the Binyamin regional brigade received a command remark on his record.
In addition, the settlement's deputy military security coordinator and civilian security guard were removed from their posts due to "unprofessional conduct and not following required procedures."
