State Attorney's Office has indicted a 36-year-old Bedouin for polygamy.
The charge is rarely prosecuted by the state and goes unenforced for years at a time.
According to the indictment made to the Be'er Sheva Magistrates' Court, the Bedouin married a second wife, who is 24, in an arranged marriage initiated by the bride's father. The bride was unaware she will be the man's second wife.
