COGAT: Hamas cannot control its operatives

Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories Maj. Gen Yoav Mordechai stated on Wednesday that Gaza-based terror group Hamas is unable to control its operatives. This following repeated taunting by Hamas militants of IDF soldiers.

Mordechai warned that if this behavior on Hamas' part continues, Israel will respond in kind.
